1. Product Warranty Information

The warranty applies to genuine Yellow Dr. products distributed at Yellow Dr. stores nationwide that have defects originating from the manufacturer or do not meet product standards. This includes defects such as:

Peeling or cracking of the leather due to manufacturing errors (without interference from cleaning agents).

Peeling adhesive.

Broken archtap buttons.

2. Warranty Duration and Location

The warranty period for eligible products is 60 days.

Warranty services are available at all Yellow Dr. stores nationwide. You can check the list of Yellow Dr. stores nationwide.

Notes:

The product must be cleaned before being brought in for warranty service.

The warranty period will depend on the extent of the product’s defect and the warranty process followed by Yellow Dr.

Customers will receive 100% free warranty service from Yellow Dr.
