Return and Exchange Policy

 

1. Products with technical defects or that are past their expiration date are eligible for exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase.

2. Exchanged products must be unused, unwashed, free from stains or unusual odors, with original tags intact, and accompanied by the purchase receipt. Customers are kindly requested to bring the receipt for exchange support.

3. Each product is eligible for one exchange only. After an exchange, the product will not be eligible for further exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

4. No refund will be issued if the exchanged product has a lower value than the original product.

5. Products purchased under promotions or discounts are not eligible for exchange.

6. Yellow Dr. commits to covering 100% of the exchange costs in cases where the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect.
