Return and Exchange Policy

1. General Regulations

The product being returned must be unused, unwashed, free from stains, odors, and must have the original tags attached along with the purchase receipt. Customers are kindly requested to bring the purchase receipt for assistance with product returns and exchanges.

  • One-time exchange allowed per product, not based on the invoice or transaction.
  • Once a product is exchanged, it will not be eligible for further exchanges (unless a defect occurs due to the manufacturer).
  • Customers will not receive a refund for the difference if the exchange product has a lower value.
  • Yellow Dr. guarantees 100% free exchange costs in case of defects originating from the manufacturer.

2. Product Return and Exchange Policy

2.1. Exchange Policy

  • For full-priced products that are not part of any promotional or discount programs, exchanges are allowed within 30 DAYS.
  • For discounted products with discounts below 30%, exchanges are allowed within 30 DAYS.
  • For products with a discount of 30% or more, exchanges are not allowed.
  • Exchange is not applicable for all accessories (except shoes and sandals).

2.2. Return Policy

  • For products purchased offline in-store, returns or refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

For products purchased via online channels such as the website or e-commerce platforms, customers can receive a refund via bank transfer (this does not apply to accessories or products with a discount of 30% or more).
