1. Delivery Policy for Online/In-store Orders
   To provide the best options for customers, Yellow Dr. offers two types of delivery services for online orders:

• Fast Delivery: Receive the order within 4-6 hours (applies in Ho Chi Minh City)
• Standard Delivery: Receive the order within 2-5 days

Depending on the support policies at the time, the product, and the delivery location, the order will show a different shipping method and final shipping fee.
Yellow Dr. provides a wide variety of delivery services and regularly updates shipping fee offers with the goal of serving customers the best. However, operational realities may lead to unexpected risks. In this case, if you have any issues to discuss, please contact our Customer Service department via our free hotline: 0909 933 421 (9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday).
Yellow Dr. is committed to checking the order and providing appropriate solutions for each specific case.

1. Order Receiving Process
   When receiving the order, customers should ensure the following steps:

• Open the package and compare the items with the invoice
• Check if the products match what was ordered
• Inspect the packaging and products to ensure no damage occurred during delivery

If you are unsatisfied with any of the above, you may ask the delivery staff to verify and return the items.
Yellow Dr. will not be responsible for resolving complaints about missing items or incorrect deliveries after the customer has signed for and paid for the order.

Note: Orders will automatically be canceled if the delivery staff is unable to contact the customer at the time of delivery (maximum 3 calls, with a 10-minute gap between each).
